    Hello

CM10 Android 4.1 unoficial version. with 1.5GHz kernel and CWM touch screen from Odin one.

Yes it was have unlocked bootloader but now it appear to have not one, When I start recovery it do not say (unlock mode) jsut say Ereasyng data first of all.

When the recovery was working I install stock rom to make reset factory again but do not work, so I installed sotk recovery, but now I can get recovery just try to install an "update.zip" file.

I can get access to recovery, when I get recovery automatic go to run update.zip file, it shows android pet working and last just go to the graund and an red alert its showed.

I will post it on Acer a200 hacking.
This is the link boot loop after factory reset metod.

I can get to the fastbooting mode. So

Can you tech me how to use it?

I was use Odin softwarae with my old smartphone but I do not how to do it with my tablet.

When I plug the tablet in fastboot mode windows detect an ADB interface like a NIC network connection but when I run adb it says that not found the device.

    Thanks

Factory Reset Method 2 how long?

I used Method 2 to reset my tablet and it showed the erasing data and erasing cache messages and then it went black vibrated and came to the plain black screen with acer on it. How long does it take to erase it or did I do something wrong?

It could take 5-10 minutes. If it hangs for a half hour I would power down and reboot. If still a no go, follow method 2 again.

Was there an issue with the tablet prior to the reset try? Does it boot?

The reason for the reset try was that it froze compleatly but before that there were no such problems. It boots as far as the ACER screen and stays there.

It sounds like it might need to go back to Acer if you have a warranty. The freeze and then stuck at the Acer screen is a common symptom of the emmc brick.

    What device do you have?

Like my previous post, it is most likely dead, confirmed by it being an A100. Contact Acer support with your serial number handy. They will let you know if it is under warranty. It is an issue becoming more common, especially on the a100.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here, but it's so annoying. I don't know why this device can't be factory reset from the actual recovery like EVERY other Android ever made. I have tried the instructions, but to no avail. I either get a message saying something about starting bootloader protocol or a message saying "Erasing SD Cache" and something about an update and then the recovery pops up. I can't get it to say "Erasing user data."

Is there an easier way? Is loading a new stock ROM easier than trying to factory reset this thing? I bought this device from someone and there is a pass code on it. I can no longer get a hold of this person to get the lock code. I just want to get it back to factory settings, but this is the worst device I've ever dealt with!
