I have a z5 and in my opinion it has only an 8MP sensor ho upsampling the photo to 23MP.. The detail quality of every photo I've taken in 23MP mode, no matter of light condition or if I used a tripod, the 100% zoomed image is so blurry like a oil painting.. The Xperia z5 don't support raw photos and Sony don't want to give exact information what sensor is in the phone... And no third-party photo app or hardware scanning app shows more than 8MP!
