    flash compatable?

I love my Acer a500 tablet, and am very happy with it. But the new android os has eliminated flash, which is still in use by so many files I utilize. I do not have a TV and regularly use my tablet to view the recent programs on line. But now I can not.

Is there some way to get flash player back?! I have tried many of the reccomended options - with no avail.

You can obtain the current Adobe Flash Player directly from Adobe here: Archived Flash Player versions. Scroll down to the "Flash Player for Android 4.0 Archives" and download the newest .apk file. You can open that .apk file after download to update/install the player on the a500.

The player works with browsers such as Dolphin, Opera Mobile, and others, including the stock Android browser included with the OS.
