email newcomer question

I just got an acer Iconia A500 and am trying to work how things work. I cannot find how to access my contacts in either of my email servers. I use gmail and aol mail. My emails show up fine, but no contact lists for email address of people I regularly email. Can anyone please give me some advice with this?

There is a separate Contacts app. When I synced my gmail account to the gmail app I also chose to sync my contacts and they populated the Contacts app. You won't see the contacts list within the gmail app but when you begin typing an email address while composing an email a list of addresses will be suggested.

If you did not already choose to sync you gmail contacts you can go that in the tablet setting under Accounts & Sync.

Sorry, I don't know anything about aol mail.

I'm having a similar problem....using yahoo mail, I set it up in the "email " app.
When I try to reply or forward an email, no addresses come up. Ican go direct to yahoo mail via brouser..no problem.
I even removed the email app and installed again but the set up did notgive me a selection to sync conatacts like the "Gmail" AP does.

Any ideas out there??

Anyone know where some of the contacts came from. I am trying to play words with friends and invite people to play but I keep getting the message they can't find them in my system but it is their e mail I use.
