Stuck on ACER logo screen after Acer_AV041_A500_1.033.00_PA_CUS1-FOOL-ROOT

I installed Acer_AV041_A500_1.033.00_PA_CUS1-FOOL-ROOT (Ice Cream Sandwich) after successful 3.2.1 rooted ROM.

I'm using Clockworkmod bootloader V5(thor2002ro rev1.3.4).

After installing Acer_AV041_A500_1.033.00_PA_CUS1-FOOL-ROOT successfully, I reboot the tablet. After reboot, the tablet hangs on ACER logo and does nothing else.

I reverted back to 3.2.1 and had no issues. Tried to install Acer_AV041_A500_1.033.00_PA_CUS1-FOOL-ROOT (Ice Cream Sandwich) again and had same results: Successful install, but hangs on ACER logo.

Any ideas?
