Deleting factory installed applications

I installed ics this am no problems no issues . How can you delete factory installed applications?

With extreme care. It's usually not a good idea to try that, and you'll have to be rooted first - are you rooted? If you are, download the paid version of Titanium Backup and use the "Freeze" feature, rather than straight out deleting them.

Thank you. What I wanted to do was delete some of the games that I do not use. I was trying to free up space. I was under the impression with ics installed you would not need to root. It's frustrating to have all of these programs that one does not use. Again thank you for your time in assisting all of us.

If you're rooted, you can use Titanium Backup to freeze the apps. It won't remove them from your device, but it deactivates them.
