    Cannot connect to wifi

    This is my first tablet so i have no clue whats going on. It will not let me connect to the wifi in my house. it keeps saying that its searching for the ip address but never does anything else. i also found that the website had a patch but i dont know how to use it. Please help me. i would like to start using my tablet asap. I am also not very competent with stuff like this so please explain carefully and without big computer jargen lol

    First Try to disabled the security on your network. See if it connects like that to determine if is a hardware or security issue.

    Try resetting the tablet by poking a paper clip in the reset hole. That fixed it on the two A500 tablets that I have setup.
