    Post transfer files to the external meomry card

    The Acer inconia A500 has only 16 gig and the external memory card is 32gig I want to transfer my files to the external memory card to free up the tablet as I have less than 5 gigs free
    The Manuel is very vague and I have had little sucsess

    Use a file manager like Astro to navigate to the internal and external SD cards.

    Is there a way to make the SD Card the default storage space, or do you always have to move pics and books over manually? And if you do, how does the installed software know that your books and pics are now on the external drive?

    Pictures storage location can be set on the camera app. As for the other files unfortunately they have to be moved.
