a 500 32gb sd card

Help I am new to these tabs. How do I save stuff onto my external SD card or move files to and from it using the tab?

Try downloading File Manager HD (Honeycomb) from the market. Start it up, go up a folder and look for the "external_sd" folder. That's your SD card. The one named "sdcard" is your internal memory. I like the layout in File Manager HD, but I believe any of the file managers in the market will let you get to your card. FYI - sadly I don't believe Honeycomb allows you MOVE apps to the sdcard yet (no app2sd). If you use search, there are a couple of threads with details on creating music folders so that music is found and other answers to problems that have been answered relating to using our micro sdcards.

Thanks,I feel such a numpty. I already had HD on my tab. I found the folder you indicated and I was able to copy and paste pics to it fine. Cheers.

I like File Manager HD, it's pretty, well thought out and it serves it's purpose but I seem to have more luck with OI File Manager. It's very basic but it does the job well. Honeycomb still seems like jumble for some things so again I don't know if it's a problem with the app, Honeycomb or both. Maybe it's just my luck but FM HD never seems to fully delete a file. Every time I plug my tablet into my PC, I can still see the file/folder from Windows explorer that FM HD supposedly just deleted.
