Apparently the game has now been modded so that it can be played on Tegra 2 devices, see here: Dark Meadow: The Pact v1.1.20

FINALLY GOT DARK MEADOW RUNNING!
It's confirmed to run on both A100 and A500.
Yay!
Even I got it to work on Acer A100.
1) Download the SD data and move the two folders to their correct places below \Android:
Deposit Files (one goes in the obb folder and one goes in the data folder - obvious when you see the extracted files).
2) I installed the .apk for 'all devices':
Modded:
http://turbobit.net/pgjgsm8tyz1o.html
http://extabit.com/file/27b0f5yegejim
http://depositfiles.com/files/k8fyh5cnp
OR
If license fail use this:
http://depositfiles.com/files/o4qli7xnl
3) You need to delete three save files:
/data/com.phosphorgames.DarkMeadow/files/TheDarkMeadow/
1. PactSave.bin
2. PactSave1.bin
3. PactMetadata.bin
4) When starting the game the first time the screen will go black after the intro screens. Just back out/quit and re-launch the game - this game it loads up properly and you can start a new game.
FANTASTIC game - THE best looking game I've seen on a Tablet

Glad you got it working!
I think for me this is above my tech level for this device. I don't know how to access the files to move them or to access the ones you have to delete. I'm willing to learn if there is somewhere I can read about how to do this.![]()
I'd be happy to help anyone to get this game running on your Acer tablet as it runs fantastic (I even emailed the developer and told them that it runs great on Tegra 2 so their 'Tegra 3 requirement' may be lowered...but I'm also thinking this is part of an NVIDIA deal) ;-)
Here are some more detailed instructions to get this working - and if anyone needs any more detailed help please post here.
Step 1: Download and unzip the SD data file.
You need to download the SD data file from here: Deposit Files
It's over 500MEG so make sure you got enough space.
The downloaded file is a ZIP file so once it's downloaded you will have to unzip (open) it on your tablet.
There are a number of unzipping apps available, here is one that I use: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...JjaGlkcm9pZCJd
Run the unzip program and browse to where your file is located and unzip it.
Since it's so darn big I unzipped it TO the external SD card (you get an option to select the "Out Path" in the application) - I would also strongly recommend doing this as the top-directory that will be extracted will already exist on your internal memory.
2. Move the unzipped folders to their place
Once you have unzipped the file you can use a file manager (ex: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...2Z0LmZtLmhkIl0. which is a great file manager and optimized for A100 display) to go there and now move the files to their final place.
You will see a main folder named "Android" and under it two folders named "Data" and "obb".
a) Go into the "Data" folder. Long-press the folder named "com.phosphorgames..." and select "copy" from the file manager options.
b) Now browse back to your internal storage and go to your \Android directory and go into the "data" folder under it. Here select "Paste" from the File Manager and you will move the "com.phosphorgames...."-directory here.
c) Now go back to your SD card (or wherever you unzipped the file to) and go into the "obb" folder and long-press on the "com.phosphorgames..."-folder here.
d) Now browse back to your internal storage and go to your \Android directory and go into the "obb" folder under it. Here select "Paste" from the File Manager and you will move the "com.phosphorgames...."-directory here.
3) Download and install the apk.
Download and install the apk:
Modded:
http://turbobit.net/pgjgsm8tyz1o.html
http://extabit.com/file/27b0f5yegejim
http://depositfiles.com/files/k8fyh5cnp
OR
If license fail use this:
http://depositfiles.com/files/o4qli7xnl
4) Clean up the Save game files.
The SD data came with three files you will have to delete to start a new game.
Once again, use the File Manager and go to your internal memory (where you moved the folders TO) and go to the \Android\data\com.phosphorgames.DarkMeadow\files\T heDarkMeadow\
folder and you will see three files:
1. PactSave.bin
2. PactSave1.bin
3. PactMetadata.bin
Delete them all.
5) Running the game
When starting the game the first time the screen will first be black for 20 secs...then you'll see some logos and then the screen MAY go black for a long time...if that happens just back out/quit and re-launch the game - this game it loads up properly and you can start a new game.
After that the game should work fine every time.
Seems like a lot of work - but this is really a FANTASTIC game - THE best looking and playing game I've seen on a Tablet

Another really fun and great looking tablet game is Dungeon Crawlers that JUST came out: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...=search_result
This is another Free game that says its incompatible with your tablet (it's billed as Xperia exclusive) buuuut...that's not quite true...it runs GREAT on your ACER tablet
There is an apk attached in this post that you can download and it will play just fine. Fun game if you like turn-based RPG games with a funny twist.
Dungeon Crawlers v6174
Thanks for taking the time to post these instructions! It was great of you to help out the rest of us! I am going to have to wait till I can let my tablet do the download of the game overnight because it took over two hours and hadn't gotten half way yet! Is that normal? Maybe I should just pay them their $11 so it will go faster! Anyway with these instructions I am sure I will be able to get it going. I am playing on my iphone now and I can just imagine the game will be awesome on the tablet!
For the Dungeon Crawlers do I do the APK first? I was clicking and it was just closing the browser page on me.
Hey Darkbulb I got a couple of questions if you don't mind
" 2. Now how do I access the files I am using file manager HD which is great but it won't let me open file directories, sorry if this is a stupid question I will reread your earlier post to make sure I haven't skipped anything
