I downloaded the AcerA200Simple Tool onto my Win10 PC. Extracted the files from the Zip. Made sure I had the required Acer drivers. Ran the AcerA200SimpleTool.bat file. I chose 1. to unlock the boot loader which it did. Then I attempted to run option 2 to Root my Device and got the following error (I also tried using option 4 to do both root and install ClockWorkMod). I confirmed that the ClockWorkMod Recovery installed because I can bring that up. Here is the error I get when I try to Root and have SuperUser install: (Haven't got to the part of how to Flash it afterwards?)

So I'm at a loss as to what I need to do to make sure my A200 is Rooted with SuperUser. I couldn't find instructions on how to flash my A200 with the omni-4.4.4-2014008-a200-iconiaHD.

This is my first time to root a device. I got this Acer Iconia Tab A200 from a friend who didn't want it any more. Unfortunately I see why he didn't want it because it had ICS 4.0.3 on it and he didn't know you could unlock, root, and install better custom roms. I got this for one of my Grandsons who has been ill and needs something to focus on rather than being sick.

I'm a total noob at doing this and I'm someone savy with Windows, extracting files, etc... I just need a good cook book instruction on exactly what I need to do too update this A200 to make it usable for my grandson. Any help would be sincerely appreciated! I'm pretty sure I got it Unlocked and I have CWM installed. Now its making sure I can get it Rooted, install SuperSU, and understand how I need to Flash the new omni-4.4.4 onto it.

    Respectfully,
    SparkyButch
