Frozen lock screen
Hi my daughter yesterday handed me her A100 tablet and said dad the screen doesn't work. She was correct it is locked on the lock screen anything you do to touch the screen does not work. I have reset it a few times with the reset button Way, and the volume down/power way, it resets but nothing seems to change. I texted/chatted with Acer customer support and they kept on wanting to know the serial number. This is my problem, I can't seem to find the box and I can't get past the lock screen on tablet to tell them the number, what should I do? BTW on a side note I still can't get the 32GB Micro card to work.

Were, you on ics or hc? You could try flashing an update from the microSD card. Might be worth it to pick up a new card if you can't get the files onto your 32gb unit.
What is the issue with the microSD card?
Edit: not sure if they can use it but, on mine there is a snid# under the memory card cover.
