I got my A100 a couple of weeks ago and have been very happy with it so far until now. I am unable to charge it and I don´t know if the problem is with the battery or the charger.
I was getting quite good battery life out of it and had no other problems but yesterday I went to use it and at first it said 99% charged (although can´t remember if it was the last time I used it) but then it said I had to plug in my charger as the battery was going to run out.
I plugged it in but it is showing a question mark in the battery symbol and won´t charge at all. The power light is flashing orange and the battery won´t charge although when you plug in the charger it seems to acknowledge this as the light comes on.
Any ideas,anyone else had this problem?
Definitely not normal.
I strongly suggest you get that A100 replaced as soon as possible. Take it back to the store or get an RMA from Acer.
