    The ICS update worked fine for me on my rooted A100, I did not have to unroot it before upgrading, but:

    1. I had to restore the original /system/build.prop file, apparently the installer checksums it to see if it's been changed.

    2. With ICS installed I lost root.

    I don't need root anymore on ICS, so that's fine.
