    offial spec list

    Does anyone know where the official specs are the A100? I have seen so many sites with different specs listed. The main discrepancy I see is GPS and RAM. Some sites say it has GPS and some say it doesn't. Some sites say it has 512mb RAM and some sites say 1GB. I wish Acer would just have a complete spec list.

    I don't know where the official specs are located where you can find them... but I just picked up my a100 two days ago. and it does have gps, and the ram is 1gb... read it right off the internal system information

    Strange abbot the agps note, this certainly uses agps.

    agps is assisted with cell tower signals as you know I,m sure .
    To my understanding their is or will be the A101 model with 3G .

    No, agps is using the internet to help get a lock. You will get a lock much faster if your WiFi is turned on because it is still an agps chip.
